This week, you will learn about implicit bias and navigating diversity in healthcare. A diverse healthcare organization is more in touch with the needs, desires, and fears of the community. However, managing diversity and addressing implicit bias in the workplace can be a challenge for all organizations. In addition, healthcare leaders have the responsibility to serve a diverse patient population.
