Chapter 9 is about decision-making and problem-solving in organizations. In the workplace, people often have to make decisions, solve problems, and choose the best option from several choices.

For this discussion, think about a time when you had to make an important decision at work, school, or in a group.

In your first post, answer these questions:

1. What decision had to be made?
2. What made the decision easy or difficult?
3. What information did you use to make the decision?
4. What was the result?
5. Looking back, would you make the same decision again? Why or why not?

After you post your answer, reply to at least two classmates. Your replies should be more than just “I agree” or “Good post.” Try to ask a question, share a similar experience, or explain why you agree with them.
