Chapter 10 is about teams and teamwork. In many workplaces, people must work together to complete tasks, solve problems, and reach goals. A good team can make work easier and more successful, while a poor team can cause stress, confusion, and conflict.

For this discussion, think about a time when you worked as part of a team at work, school, in the military, in sports, or in another group setting.

In your first post, answer these questions:

1. What was the team or group working on?
2. What made the team successful or unsuccessful?
3. What role did you play on the team?
4. What could the team have done better?
5. What is one quality that makes someone a good team member?
