Think about a workplace, school, business, or organization you are familiar with. What is one major change that organization is currently facing or has recently faced? In your response, explain how the change affected at least two of the following: people, tasks, structure, or technology. Then discuss whether the organization responded to the change in a positive and productive way, or whether it became rigid and resistant to change.
